Big Changes

What a wild couple of weeks it's been! I'm nearly done with a really cute hat for my nephew's 4th birthday party (pics to come soon), I helped my grandma sew a couple of maternity dresses, and I've worked on the afghans a bit, but the most exciting thing recently is that we're in the process of buying a house! I can't wait to make plans for the common areas and decorate.

Our first project will be to install a 2nd bathroom, maybe a half bath for now, in the finished basement, so my little people won't have to run upstairs and all through the house when they need to potty. I am so excited, I really want a nice large soaking tub that I can actually fit in (I'm a tall, plus-size girl), and we get to make it beautiful and functional and all that that entails. 

We still have to get through the inspection, but barring any major issues, we will be homeowners as of July 1! I still have big plans for baby things, but a lot of my spare time between now and then will be packing and purging. I'll keep you updated with any new projects going on though.
